How do I make a reservation?

To make the reservation, the first thing is to confirm the availability for the date and the type of accommodation you are looking for.

Then to confirm the reservation you must deposit 50% of the value of the reservation and voila …

But first, we want to be clear and there are a couple of points that you should keep in mind:

1-If you are a minor or you come with a minor, keep in mind that in order to accommodate minors it is necessary that they come with one of their parents or with a properly authorized responsible adult.

If the minor comes with a responsible adult, please let us know so we can guide you on how to do the authorization.

2-al Bosque is a hostel mainly to rest and relax, that is why we have a silence policy after 11PM where we turn off the music and we do not allow the use of any type of sound amplifier, so if what you are looking for is a long noisy night is probably better to go elsewhere.

3-We need you to be as sure as possible that you are going to come before confirming your reservation, because won’t refund money if you don’t show up, so if you are not coming alone share all the information with your companions and confirm that everyone can and wants to come.

4-If you confirm your reservation and for some reason you cannot come, you can reschedule your reservation up to 2 days before the day you reserved. Passing this period, you cannot cancel or reschedule. If you make your reservation less than 2 days in advance then you will not be able to cancel or reschedule it, so be sure you can come.

5-When you choose your date, the type of accommodation you want and you say you are going to reserve; You have a maximum period of 12 hours to confirm the reservation by making the 50% deposit, passed this time the reservation will be considered canceled.
